Trihedron is the brainchild of ACE certified fitness trainer, dancer, and lifestyle consultant Praveen SP. A longtime advocate of fitness and healthy living, Praveen founded Trihedron as a way to incorporate all critical elements of fitness: stability, balance, strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Traditional fitness tend to focus more on stamina and strength. However, with the Trihedron routine, all components of fitness get the focus they deserve. There are currently 21 routines that are regularly rotated, with new ones being devised and added frequently. These include aerobics, dance, TRX, Zumba, agility, contemporary workouts, Tabata, games, running, Swiss ball workouts, and yoga, just to name a few. Not to mention pranayama, meditation, and innovative relaxation techniques.

A lifelong advocate of simple and clean living, Praveen constantly pushes himself to learn new fitness routines so he can impart them to all at Trihedron and to the local community.
A trained classical, contemporary dancer and a certified yoga teacher, Ujval runs the all-women batch at 10 am and only yoga batch at 11am.
One of the most cheerful faces at Trihedron, her batches are a mix of high energy workouts and stress-busting yoga routines.
A trained yoga instructor and long-time practitioner of yoga, Shalini teaches the early morning batch (5 am), and early evening batch (5 pm).
Shalini’s fitness mantra is to embrace the full spectrum of yoga and all the benefits it has to offer.
